Great experience, which is not easy to come by for a Dental office. The staff were all so kind and friendly. The Dr. is amazing. He took his time to talk to me about any issues I may have. He never rushed throughout the appointment and gave me many options as to what I wanted or needed. You can tell they really care about their patients and aren't trying to just rush you out. My cleaning was great and the hygienist was very thorough with cleaning.

Dr.Pan and his entire staff are truly an amazing group of individuals. Professional, compassionate and talented. My boys and I have had nothing but excellent and accommodating service around our crazy schedule!

Dr Pan is an excellent dentist. Very professional but also very kind. I have a lot of dental problems and he is working very hard on the least invasive solutions to preserve my teeth, but at the same time fixing what's going on now. I can definitely recommend him and really appreciate him and his entire staff.

I just got finished getting 8 new crowns on my top front teeth at Pine Avenue Smiles. Dr. Pan took great care of me at all my appointments in this process and was ever so diligent in striding for perfection. I LOVE my new smile. what a great job. i really cannot express how happy i am with the results. Michelle, Melissa, Louisa and every other staff member are the best people ever! The people who work at this office are all like family to each other and they make the patients feel like family! I am a pine avenue smiles girl for life!

Dr. Pan is the best! He was very thorough in explaining the options for my treatment and answered all my questions. His staff always greeted me and introduced themselves in our interactions, making sure that I was doing well throughout my visit. I’ve had pretty extensive dental work in the past and I must say, I didn’t feel any pain during my visit when Dr. Pan did my local anesthesia. I can’t recommend him enough!

I had 2 dental implants inserted in my jaw. It was very easy to my surprise. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and very little after. Dr. Pan is kind, warm, and explains the procedure very well. The team worked well together also. I fully recommend this dental practice to all.

Amazing experience overall. When I walked in Melissa greeted me with a smile and offered me everything but a steak from Burns. She was really sweet and welcoming. As I made my way back when called everyone greeted me with a smile. Linda took my xrays and reassured me that I was in good hands. The highlight of it all was Dr. Pan fixing my chipped tooth. He really took his time and it was a painless process. My tooth came out perfect with the exact shade of my other teeth. Can’t say enough about this place. If you’re in Oldsmar area this is definitely the place to visit. I traveled from Hernando county just for this experience. Thanks Pine Avenue Smiles!

Dr. Pan and Fam have a clear and concise method to dental care. I’ve experienced a few services in their portfolio and have been happy with how they explained and carried out the procedures. The team even helped with a previous dentist’s work that improved my situation immensely!

This office is almost 45 minutes away from me but I happily make the drive because I can’t imagine going to any other dentist. Dr. Pan and his staff are incredible personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. After just one visit, I left with a personalized plan on how to take care of my teeth at home that has vastly improved my dental health (cool night routine that isn’t super extensive!). Great office and staff would highly recommend!

Dr. Pan was very thorough, letting me know the status of my dental issues and providing a reasonable timeline for my needed procedures. Overall, a very good experience for my first appointment.
